Meet our Board of Directors, a group passionate about two things: supporting special needs individuals and pickleball!
Diane Rothrock
CEO & President
Founding member Diane Rothrock is an avid pickleball player who is anxious to share her love of the sport with everyone. She played competitive and league tennis for years, formerly volunteering for a tennis program for people with intellectual challenges in Georgia (Special POPs) and coaching kids tennis. More recently she transferred this interest to pickleball.
Diane holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and started her career in project management at MCI Telecommunications, then moved to Nextel (now T-Mobile) as Director of Information Technology Project Management. While in Atlanta, she was CFO, COO and board member of the Beauty Becomes You Foundation. She currently resides with her husband and two cats in Dallas, and develops smartphone apps under the Two Buck Tours brand.
Casie Caldwell
Chief Marketing Officer
Once deep-fried in a 20-year-long restaurant career, Casie Caldwell has now simmered down into the world of marketing consulting. While her culinary chronicles remain a proud part of her legacy, it's her newfound passion for pickleball that's spicing up her life. Her friends joke about her undeniable "pickleball problem" now that she's crafted her work schedule around being on the court five times a week without fail. And her penchant for decorating everything, including her Halloween decor, with everything pickleball-related, truly gives the game away!
During her career, Casie launched a flourishing $600M development during the pandemic, designing exceptional and award-winning dining concepts, executing complex planning objectives within aggressive timelines, solving industry and distribution challenges, and brokering favorable supply chain contracts. She's created three dining concepts of her own, integrating branding, design, messaging, guest experience, best practices, and data to drive success. Notably, her restaurant Kitchen LTO earned the "Top 25 Most Innovative Restaurants in America" by Zagat (2014) and was featured on CNN. These concepts also earned accolades such as the "10 Best New Restaurants in America" by Robb Report (2022), and "Best New Restaurant" by D Magazine (2021, 2022).
Beyond the court, Casie cherishes the art of storytelling, playing guitar and piano, and life's quieter moments on the lake with her wife Cathy and ever-loyal Australian Shepherd, Indigo. Trading the sizzle of restaurant operations for the pop of pickleball shots, she's found a delightful balance between her professional journey and her playful present.
Monica Lehnen
CFO & Treasurer
Monica provided public accounting assurance services for nearly two decades in the manufacturing and distribution, financial services, and not-for-profit sectors. Currently she serves as a managing director for her family farm in the Midwest. She earned a bachelor of science in accounting from Valparaiso University, Indiana.
Monica has held a variety of board leadership roles for religious and non-profit organizations, most recently serving as Beautification Chair for the Forest Hills Neighborhood Association. When not playing pickleball, Monica and her husband (Loren) enjoy spending time with their adult children and cheering for their beloved Dallas Stars.
Greg Morgan
Chief Programs Officer
Greg Morgan loved to play tennis on his high school and college team as well as many years after. He founded SFMG Wealth Management and ran that for 40+ years. Having reached 40 employees and 2 billion in asset management he decided to focus on something more fun, pickleball. Greg has his PPA Teaching Certification and has taught both adults and kids, beginners and advanced. He has 4 children and 4 grandchildren and is married to the most Sainted Women ever, the lovely and talented Holly.
Brad Rothrock
Chief Technology Officer
A Marketing Analytics and Technology executive, Brad has more than 30 years experience leading Analytics, Data Technology, MarTech and ML/AI teams. Throughout his career, he has championed innovation and delivered transformational solutions across organizations. He is currently AVP of Data Technology and ML/AI at AT&T.
While raising three active daughters, Brad developed a passion for coaching kids teams, including soccer and lacrosse ranging from ages 5 to 15. Residing in Dallas with his wife Diane, he is an avid runner, foodie, and pickleballer (of course).
It wouldn't be possible without amazing group of volunteer coaches!
